Joint logo of the Spanish, Belgian and Hungarian Presidency was announced on 29 October in Brussels. Spain as the first state of the trio will assume the Presidency of the EU Council on 1 January 2010.
Logo is made up of the two “eu” letters, in the colours of these three countries’ flags. Logo is symbolising solidarity and harmony in relations between the EU member states.
